Flat Drinks
Possible Causes & Solution
-
CO2 valve closed - Open the CO2 cylinder valve

Low CO2 pressure - Replace the CO2 cylinder if empty

Empty CO2 cylinder - Replace the CO2 cylinder

Warm Drinks - Click Here
Note - If the Co2 cylinder has run empty or low, once replaced, you will need to pour off a couple of jugs of soda water into a jug to return the carbonation to your soda water
Warm Drinks
Possible Causes & Solution
-
Postmix cooler switched off - Switch back on at plug socket
-
Soda pump switched off - Switch back on at cooler
-
Blocked condenser grill - Remove obstruciton/ Brush grill with a stiff brush
Note - If any of the above applied you will need to wait a couple of hours before you drinks are fully down to temperature.
Weak Drinks
Possible Causes & Solution
-
CO2 valve closed - Open the CO2 cylinder valve
-
Low CO2 pressure - Replace the CO2 cylinder if empty

Empty CO2 cylinder - Replace the CO2 cylinder

Empty BIB - Replace the bag in box
-
BIB connector not fully secured - Tighten connector until fully secured

BIB out of date - Replace out of date box
Note - If your syrups have an automatic changeover fitted, ensure both boxes are full & the connectors are fully secured.
Strong Drinks
Possible Causes & Solution
-
Warm Drinks - Refer to warm drinks section
-
No Dispense of soda water - Refer to no dispense of soda water section

BIB on wrong product line - Restore box to correct product line
Note - If your BIB was on the wrong line, you will need to press down on the product into a jug at the bar until the new syrup comes through
No Syrup Dispensing
Possible Causes & Solution
-
CO2 valve closed - Open the CO2 cylinder valve

Low CO2 pressure - Replace the CO2 cylinder if empty

Empty CO2 cylinder - Replace the CO2 cylinder

Empty BIB - Replace the bag in box

BIB connector not fully secured - Tighten connector until fully secured
Note - If your syrups have an automatic changeover fitted, ensure both boxes are full & the connectors are fully secured.
No Soda Water Dispensing
Possible causes & Solution
-
CO2 valve closed - Open the CO2 cylinder valve

Low CO2 pressure - Replace the CO2 cylinder if empty

Empty CO2 cylinder - Replace the CO2 cylinder

Water supply switched off - Check stop tap is open
-
Carbonator timed out - Switch carbonator off at the wall, wait 30 seconds, then plug the unit back in. Once unit has reset, return to the bar & hold down on the soda water until the flow is restored.
Note - If your water supply had been switched off, please follow the same steps for - Carbonator timed out.
Off Taste
Possible causes & Solution

Dirty Nozzle - Remove nozzle from the dispenser and wash in clean warm water

BIB out of date - Replace out of date box
Note - If your BIB was out of date, you will need to press down on the product into a jug at the serving area until the new syrup comes through
Gas Leak
Possible causes & Solution
-
Clicking syrup pump - Ensure you do not have any empty boxes connected & the BIB connectors are fully secure

Hissing/ Freezing Gas cylinder - Ensure you Co2 gas cylinder has an intact washer fitted under the securing nut & the nut is fully secured to the bottle
Warning - If your Co2 cylinder if freezing, do not touch the gas cylinder directly with your hands.
